PRIVACY POLICY

1. BASIC DEFINITIONS

Website shall mean a website in the Internet at http://joinpro.cn

Website Administrator shall mean MSL JSC located at: 119121, Moscow, the 4th Rostovsky by-street, 1, bldg. 2.

User shall mean the Website’s visitor being an individual or a legal entity using the Feedback Form on the website.

The Feedback Form shall mean special fields where the User enters personal information to transmit data about the User to the Website Administrator.

Policy shall mean the standard Website Administrator Privacy Policy.

2.1. This Policy is an official standard document of the Website Administrator, and determines the procedure for processing and protecting the information about individuals and legal entities using the Feedback Form on the Website.

2.3. Relationships related to the collection, storage, dissemination and protection of information about Users are governed by this Policy and applicable Russian laws.

2.4. The current version of the Policy, which is a public document, was developed by the Website Administrator and is available to any Internet user when clicking on the hypertext link "Privacy Policy".

The Website Administrator may change this Policy. If making changes to the Policy, the Website Administrator shall notify Users thereon by publishing a new version of the Policy on the Website at the permanent address: http://joinpro.cn . Previous versions of the Policy are archived in the Website Administrator’s documentation.

2.5. By using the Feedback Form, the User agrees with the terms of this Policy.

2.6. If the User disagrees with the terms of this Policy, the use of the Feedback Form shall be terminated immediately.

2.7. The Website Administrator does not verify the accuracy of the received (collected) information about the Users.

3. INFORMATION PROCESSING OBJECTIVES

The Website Administrator processes information about Users, including their personal data, to fulfill his/her obligations to the Users regarding the use of the Website.

4.CONTENT OF INFORMATION ON USERS

The Website Administrator processes information about Users, which includes:

4.1. Personal data of Users provided by the Website Administrator with the consent of Users and required for using the Feedback Form: name, surname, e-mail, telephone (fax) with a city code.

Additional information about Users voluntarily provided and stated by the Users in a free form in the message text of the Feedback Form.

4.2. Information received by the Website Administrator as a result of User actions when using the Website.

5. PROCESSING OF USER PERSONAL DATA

5.1. Processing of personal data is based on the following principles:

a) legitimacy of the purposes and methods of personal data processing and good faith;

b) correspondence of the purposes of personal data processing to those predetermined and stated at the collection of personal data;

c) correspondence of the scope, nature and processing methods of the personal data to the purposes of personal data processing;

d) inadmissibility of combining the personal data databases created for incompatible purposes.

6. CONDITIONS AND PURPOSES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

The Website Administrator shall process the User"s personal data with his/her consent to render services to the User offered on the website.

7. PERSONAL DATA COLLECTION

The User’s personal data provided for in paragraph 4 of this Policy shall be transferred by the User to the Website Administrator with the User’s consent. The transfer of personal data by the User to the Website Administrator via the Feedback Form means the User"s consent to the transfer of his/her personal data.

8. STORAGE AND USE OF PERSONAL DATA

Personal data of Users are stored exclusively in electronic media.

9. PERSONAL DATA TRANSFER

Personal data of Users is not transferred to any third parties, except for the cases directly provided for by this Policy.

User’s personal data can be disclosed at the request of public authorities (local self-governments) in a manner established by laws.

10. PERSONAL DATA DESTRUCTION

User’s personal data is destroyed if:

- the Website Administrator removes information placed by the User.

11. USER RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

11.1. Users may:

- request information from the Website Administrator concerning the processing of his/her personal data.

12. MEASURES TO PROTECT INFORMATION ABOUT USERS

13. USER REQUESTS

13.1. Users may send their requests to the Website Administrator, including requests concerning the use of their personal data as provided for in paragraph 4 of this Policy. The requests shall be send in writing to the address specified in paragraph 1.

13.2. The User’s request shall contain the following information:

If sent by an individual:

- number of the main identity document of the User or his/her representative;

- the date of issue of the said document, and the issuing body;

- a request in a free form. It is obligatory to indicate the date of registration through the Feedback Form;

- signature of the User or his/her representative.

If sent by a legal entity:

- a request in a free form on the letterhead. It is obligatory to indicate the date of registration through the Feedback Form;

- the request shall be signed by an authorized person and accompanied by documents confirming the person"s authority.

13.3. The Website Administrator agrees to review and forward the response to the received User’s request within 30 days upon the request receipt.

13.4. Any correspondence received by the Website Administrator from Users (applications in writing or electronic form) refers to information of limited access and is not disclosed without the written consent of the User. Personal data and other information about the User who sent the request cannot be used without the special consent of the User in any other way than to respond to the subject-matter of the received request or in cases explicitly provided for by laws.
